Analysis of erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 (ERBB2)-, and BCAR1, Cas family scaffolding protein (BCAR1)-dependent transcriptomes in human MCF10A breast cancer cells
Overview
Dataset Name :
Analysis of erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 (ERBB2)-, and BCAR1, Cas family scaffolding protein (BCAR1)-dependent transcriptomes in human MCF10A breast cancer cells
Description :
Human MCF10A breast cancer cells transduced with empty retroviral vector or vector carrying BCAR1 were culured on a Matrigel/collegen 1 matrix and treated with 1 μM AP1510 or vehicle on days 12, 15 and 18. AP1510 treatment causes the conditional homodimerization and activation of ERBB2.
Dataset Type :
Transcriptomic
Release Date :
January 23, 2018
DOI :

Version :
This is Version 1.0 of an annotated derivative of the original dataset, which can be found in GSE43907
